The System works, People are the problem

One week ago my wife and I had dinner with some good friends of ours and during the conversation we were talking about Network Marketing as both of us have been involved in this industry. Steve has been with one of the big 5 MLM companies for many years but he has stopped working the business. After working part-time in the business for 3 years, he still receives monthly cheques between 500 and 1000 dollars. And this without doing anything in the business for the last two years.

I asked him why did you stop, can’t you see the system works? His simple answer: Yes the system works well, but the people in his Upline were lacking integrity!

What happened was that some people started to play games in order to motivate the team. Many leaders in established MLM companies organize events or dinners with others that do well and there is nothing wrong with that. But he said very often they then make phone calls to other people in their team that didn’t meet the criteria, telling them what a good time they have etc. Now this maybe motivating for some – but most people would see this as a poor attempt of creating jealousy. This does not build healthy competition; in fact these leaders are putting their teams against each other.

I know of other leaders, they get their team into debt by making them buy into expensive lead generating systems or they promise them high incomes after only 3 months. My experience is if anyone tells you that they made 10 000 dollars after 3 months, be very careful. Most stories like this are false.

Don’t get me wrong, you can make a consistent income of 10 000 dollars a month by joining a MLM company. It takes time, lots of work and patience. My tip is start with small realistic goals; aim to make consistently 1000 dollars a month. When you achieve this goal then aim higher. You won’t be disappointed.

I believe in the system and I have seen it working. One reason I joined Goyin was that the company is young, has lots of potential and does not have people lacking integrity. We now have the unique chance to build a team with integrity. Everyone is equal and deserves the same support than anyone else.

If you are interested in joining this team, please submit your details on this page and I will contact you to discuss this business.

It is unfortunate that many MLM's are full of people who believe them to be get-rich-quick schemes. The reality is you have to work if you want to make money, and people will not consistently follow unethical leadership. There is a new wave of MLM marketing called attraction marketing such as that taught by Mike Klingler with Renegade University that may eventually lead to more realism and fewer games played within MLMs. Good luck with your business!
