Network Marketing is a pyramid system
Correct! Wrong! Correct! Wrong! Correct! My opinion is Yes it is a fair pyramid system.
Every hierarchical system looks similar than a pyramid. This is every government, every corporation, military hierarchies and network marketing companies. However there is one major difference in MLM companies: Unlike in any other organizations it is possible for people who are not on the top of the pyramid to earn more money than the people above. The board of directors which sits on top of the pyramid in large corporations earn a lot more income than managers who are further down in the hierarchy.
When you look careful at network marketing companies you will see people that join later and are down in the hierarchy have the potential to earn the same or even more than people who joined the company in a very early stage.
Illegal snowball systems pay “head money”
The main product in illegal systems is the recruitment of new business partners, sometimes even without buying any product. This system collapses when there are no more recruits, resulting in many people losing their money.
Members from legal network marketing companies are paid the difference between wholesale and retail price, which is not based on “head money”. There is a product behind the company, this is the difference between an illegal and legal network marketing system. Every new recruit is able to reach the top of the compensation plan and has the opportunity to earn considerable more money than their sponsor.
I don’t like selling
No problem, you only need to recommend the products. If you join a company like Goyin, tell people how you feel since you started drinking Goyin. Be honest with them and tell them how the product helps you in your day to day life. Show some enthusiasm, people will see that you are genuine.
We are living in 2008, there is no need to pressure customers in buying the product. You are the best advertisement for the product. Before you decide in joining a MLM company, make sure you like the product. I believe this is more important than having the best marketing plan. The best compensation plan doesn’t make you any money if you don’t sell anything!
Can I make a lot of money?
I don’t know! How much money would you like to earn? How much time are you willing to invest in your business? You decide; it is your network marketing business! I am sure you heard the saying: “The sky is the limit” or “You get what you deserve”. Many people think when I join this MLM company I make thousand of dollars by default. Well if you find a company like this, please let me know.
If your goals are small, you will reach only small goals. To reach big goals, you need to have big goals. The law of the universe also applies to network marketing.
Take a moment and think what you do in your current job. Does the work get done by itself and when you don’t show up? I don’t think so. With your own business you have full control. You decide how fast you want to grow your business and how fast you achieve your goals. You will earn the rewards today and for many years to come, for everything that you invest in yourself today.
